Responsible for all the Retail leasing business development in Hong Kong and China to search and propose new potential locations and present to retail operations for consideration, taking into account of market conditions, demography, transportation links and competition
Strong in negotiating the Retail Leasing Agreement with the landlord and searching suitable new sites for the store expansion
Accountable for business development, sourcing, acquisition of new sites as well as lease renewals of existing stores for business planning
Liaise and maintain excellent relations with internal departments, property developers, government, landlords, and external contractors

Requirements:

Degree holder in Real Estates or Property related disciplines

Good numerical and analytical sense and good communication skills
Detail-minded, well-organized, outgoing, positive, good time management and able to work under pressure
