Production Controller, Bangladesh (PCB-434)  [Apply Now] 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production activities of our 2 factories in Bangladesh with a total workforce of over 5,000.
• Directly report to the General Manager in Bangladesh and indirectly report to the Group Production Controller in Hong Kong.
• Shoulder full range of production responsibilities in Bangladesh and carry out the production strategies designated by the group.
• Lead the factory managers to improve the overall productivity and quality, control cost, reduce production lead-time and maintain stable workforce.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years experience in lingerie factory management (overseas experience preferred)
• Proven track records in managing multiple production sites
• Conversant with production planning, production management and quality control
• Strong manufacturing background with strong understanding of figures and planning
• Experience in new factory set up and in dealing with trade union will be highly appreciated
• Good command of English and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Stationed in Bangladesh and occasional traveling to Hong Kong/China is required

 Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal sales and design departments
• Work closely with clients and factories

Requirements:

• A technical education in garment fit and construction or equivalent work experience
• At least 10 years undergarment technical management experience with production background from sizable organization
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Familiar with MS office and email application
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station in Dongguan is required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full operation of Sample Room
• Maintain good cooperation and communication with buyers, vendors and departments within the business units
• Conduct quality control and risk assessments on all samples
• Provide professional technical advices and suggestions to manufacturing operations

Requirements:

• At least 8 years relevant experience as sample room in-charge in textile/ garment field
• Very strong knowledge of lingerie and underwear items
• Quality conscious, customer focus and result oriented
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Station in Dongguan is required

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day molding development and operations
• Lead the team to implement and maintain advanced manufacturing systems
• Evaluate and introduce new molding technologies and processes
• Ensure continuous improvement in product quality, capacity utilization and waste reduction
• Coach and train operational personnel to achieve quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in textile technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant experience as molding manager in undergarment molding, preferable from sizable organizations
• Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Station in Dongguan is required
