Responsibilities: 

• Develop project planning and program
• Manage the progress of project till completion
• Provide planning support and coordinating works

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Building Service/Civil/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction planning, BS / E & M projects
• Experience in large scale projects is an added advantage
• Solid experience in project planning, programming and progress reporting using Primavera and MS Project
• Analytical and good problem solving skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for system design, development, programming, testing and documentation
• User requirements study, program analysis & design, implementation and deployment
• Provide technical documents and training to end users on application operations
• Provide user support and troubleshooting and bug fixing

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 4-6 years relevant experience
• Experience in C/C++, SQL, TCP/IP, .NET and socket programming
• Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Software Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the overall direction and administration of the whole engineering team
• Oversee all contractual and engineering issues for Design & Build/Building Construction projects in Hong Kong
• Identify and follow up business opportunities and recommend strategies for Director’s consideration
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, clients and other related parties

Requirements : 

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant construction disciplines
• MIStruct E, MICE and MHKIE are essential
• Minimum 20 years of building construction experience, of which at least 10 years in senior management capacity
• Strong and solid Design & Build tender and projects experience
• Self-motivated, pro-active, responsible and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the overall combined shop drawings production process and approval
• Coordinate with client for the design development and coordinate with construction team and sub-contractors to produce shop drawings and combined shop drawings
• Supervise the project management team and drawing production team to produce drawings in accordance with approved schedule

Requirements : 

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years experience in architectural or engineering, of which 10 years must be at managerial level
• Experience in doing theme park a plus
• Strong technical drawing, ability to lead project management and drawing production teams
• Creative, initiative, responsible and independently
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager

• To perform project execution, supervision, administration and site activities
• Tender preparation, budget, drawings, planning and equipment submission
• Work closely and liaise with various parties to ensure the project is being executed accordingly to the contract requirements
• Attend site meetings and coordinations

 
Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Electrical / Fire Services / Building Services Engineering
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in Electrical installations with at least 1 year post experience in supervisory level
• Chartered Engineer with corporate membership of HKIE / CIBSE and RPE is a MUST
• Holder of Certificate of Safety Supervisor (Construction) is a MUST
• Good problem solving skill and communication skill
• Capable to work under pressure and independently
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Working Hours: Monday -Saturday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

• Membership of HKIA or equivalent is required

• Well-versed in Hong Kong building regulations
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, 3D renderings, Photoshop, Micro-station, Microsoft Words and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Creative, initiative, responsible, independent and hardworking
• Good organization skill and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese

Responsibilities:

• Attend site meetings and coordinations

• Higher Diploma in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or above
• At least 4-6 years solid working experience in E & M field
• Solid experience of maintenance, renovation, testing and commissioning work
• Capable to work under pressure and independently
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Engineer

• Perform system design & review for Electrical Project
• Coordinate with clients for project’s requirement and specification
• Preparation of tender estimation, planning and submission
• Perform project execution, budget control, supervisor and project administration
• Work closely with design consultant and engineering team for the design implementation

• Degree holder in Electrical/Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 5 years solid relevant experience in E & M system design and management
• Self-motivated, good team players and work under pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills
